Oven-Proofer Combinations Full Pan
Deluxe offers a wide selection of sizes and designs in Full Size Ovens to accommodate the individual baker's needs. There is a Deluxe Oven to fit every requirement, starting with the Convect-A-Ray 2 Pan Oven, 6 Pan Proofer and 6 Cooling Pan Bake Center-all in only 9 square feet, to a 6 Pan Convection Oven with 8 Pan Proofer Combination, to a Full 8 Pan Oven with 16 Pan Oven Proofer Combo that uses less than 15 square feet of space.

Oven-Proofer Combinations half Pan
Deluxe Half Pan Oven/Proofer Combinations are an efficient, space saving, full Baking Center. Different sizes and configurations, including the Deluxe "Even Flow" Convection oven, will meet most any space and baking needs, yet delivers all the quality and efficiency of our full pan ovens and proofers.
Convection Ovens
Hi-Volume air movement passing over heating elements recessed in both sides of the oven provide even baking on all levels.
Advantages: Variable Spacing - Allows baking and/or cooking of a wide variety of products. Accepts 18"x26" standard size baking pans, for re-constitution, ect.

Full Size Sheet Pan Ovens
Deluxe manufactures a number of Full Pan Oven configurations designed to meet the customer's space requirements. Whether space is tight in width or depth, Deluxe Space Saver Ovens only 292" wide or Deluxe Convect-A-Ray Ovens that are only 272" deep can "fit" the need. Deluxe has a size and configuration to get the job done.

Countertop Half Pan Ovens
Although ALL Deluxe Ovens are designed to be used as counter top units, most people refer to a "counter top oven" as a 1/2 size unit. The Deluxe starting size Counter Top Oven accommodates (2) 10-1/22" X 15-1/22". We also offer a number of standard size 13" X 18" Pan Ovens.

Proofers/Food Warmers
Deluxe Proofers and Food Warmers are the same in size and appearance. The only difference is in the internal construction. All our units come with humidity and temperature controls, as well as casters as standard equipment. Food Warmers can be ordered with or without humidity.

Double Stacked Ovens
Most Deluxe Ovens can be stacked; simply add a "D" to the model number when ordering. Double Ovens are energy and space efficient. Use both ovens during peak times and only one when the volume is not needed. Deluxe Double Ovens also allow the baker to use two different temperatures at the same time, for a variety of baking and cooking needs.

Lazy Susan/Rotisserie Ovens
The Deluxe Lazy Susan/Rotisserie Oven is the most user friendly unit on the market today. With time saving features such as removable interior bottom, splash guards, large oil reservoir, and no spits, chains or skewers, load and clean-up time has been cut by 50%. Yet, the Deluxe Lazy Susan/Rotisserie produces the moistest, tastiest product available, and with an extended shelf life over the traditional skewered product.
Pizza/Bake and Conveyor Ovens
Deluxe Pizza Ovens are not just pizza ovens, but a Bakery Oven, a Bagel Toaster, a Sandwich Oven, a Cheese Melter, and much more. From the traditional hearth bake to a speedy conveyor, Deluxe has a versatile Pizza Oven to fit your food service and space requirements.

Cook-N-Hold
The Deluxe Cook-N-Hold is designed for slow, gentle cooking, resulting in minimum product shrinkage and higher moisture retention. The easily removable top control module and product racks exposes the entire cooking chamber for quick, easy cleaning.
